Explanation of the Post

Dark chocolate contains a high content of flavonoids, this in single doses produces an improvement in verbal working memory 3 hours after its consumption in students. Because cocoa contains multiple bioactive compounds, one approach might be to examine the neurocognitive effects of combinations of possible functional ingredients.
