Explanation of the Post

The National Professional Development Center on Autism Spectrum Disorder determines that one of the keys to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increasing desired behaviors is physical activity. This, together with sport, are an important dimension for physical well-being. We also see that it has benefits in people with ADHD as it is an effective intervention to increase executive functioning.
