Explanation of the Post
After having read numerous scientific articles on academic procrastination (habitually delaying work/academic tasks), we have determined that this problem is increasingly present in today’s society and affects young people and adults.
First and foremost, although we often associate it with laziness, having gathered information we have found that it is closely related to a lack of mental health such as anxiety, insecurities or lack of sense in the way to achieve your goals.
Finally, we stress the scarcity of existing strategies to solve this major concern. Many people suffer from it and do not know it. Were you aware of this problem? What measures would you propose?
