Explanation of the Post

Currently, as the authors Kuhle, L. F., Neutze, J., & Beier, K. M. says, many children begin to view pornography from a very early age, and this leads to a series of consequences that over the years can become serious. In addition to the dangerous addiction that this can generate, it also creates a very distorted vision of what sex really is, therefore, it is essential that sex education exists within the classroom.

Through the survey conducted by Pizzolo, Damiano; Bertoldo, Alessandro; and Foresta, Caldo; it was shown that 77.9% of the young people surveyed consume pornographic material, and of these 8% do so on a daily basis. In addition, it was also found that 9.1% suffer from an addiction, and 19% report an abnormal sexual response.

Another study by Sun, C; Bridges A; Johonson, JA; and Ezzel, MB; also says that due to the consumption of pornography some men use practices seen in such material, and in the end, mostly, these are derogatory towards women, which leads to rape and abuse unconsciously.

Therefore, we believe it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of sex education in the educational environment, in order to raise awareness among young people about the seriousness of this issue.
