Most of mathematical teachers in schools are men.
Historical figures and famous mathematicians, economist and other scientists were men as well.
These facts make women feel less identified with these kind of subjects.
One way to improve or solve this educational phenomenon would be to encourage women to take part as teachers in mathematical subjects or degrees.
