Explanation of the Post
This is a hoax because it has been widely shown that this type of organization is non-beneficial for a class, and that it promotes segregation and other negative effects like low expectations.
Nowadays, this type of system is still being applied in lots of schools, ignoring all the side effects that have been shown, and as a consequence there are children failing in their schools not because they cannot do it better, but because of how their school is organized.
