There is wide debate on how free consent in sexual engagements needs to be addressed and legislated in order to contribute to overcome GBV and contribute to create free of coertion relationships.

This research provides new insights on communicative actiosn (verbal and non-verbal) as well as on interactive power and institutional power as elements to be considered
