The majority of scientific studies agree that an unlimited exposure to gun toys could be harmful in the attitudinal development of young children and adolescents and recommend limiting the use. 

Risk factors to violence are multiple and not static, although the use of gun toys its not a risk by their own, in a degraded familiar and social environmental, it could be a determinant factor in the onset of violent conduct.

Children’s war games and gun games comprise a situation where they discuss, argue and create during these games.
It is important to know the nature of these acts, because if they do not know what kind of context they are playing in, in the case of gun games, they will not have the same behaviours afterwards as if they understand the reason for the game, which will make their capacities of communication, debate, argumentation, etc. develop more consciously.
